  14. I am going to be doing some C(++) programming to "try it out"  (Numerical 
  15. stuff only--no fancy stuff) and would like to buy a really cheap 
  16. compiler.  If I like C I'll get a good compiler if not I'll go back to 
  17. fortran.  My programming interest is computational physics only so I don't 
  18. need to do fancy gui stuff.  Someone mentioned to me that 'Mix' makes a 
  19. cheap compiler but I can not find that company anywhere on the net.
